Payment is collected at checkout, and you’re free to cancel anytime before your item ships. Preorders ship 1–3 business days after arriving at our warehouse. Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may ship separately so you receive available items sooner.

Yes — the MAI Kit is designed to be universally accessible. The socks use a flexible, one-size knit. The tote bag comfortably fits most body types. MAI weights are crafted with a premium silicone outer coating, an iron inside and a soft, adjustable strap. They’re supportive, long-lasting, and beautiful. The weights do not contain latex, but are made in a facility that may also handle latex products.

Our weights are one-size-fits-most for ankles or wrists. Wrap the strap around your ankle or wrist, secure it snugly (stable, never restrictive), and move naturally — they’re designed to stay in place during your entire practice.

Yes. Domestic flights: allowed in carry-on or checked bags, though TSA may request removal for screening. International flights: rules vary; in rare cases, weighted items may be confiscated. When unsure, place them in checked luggage.

Socks: machine wash cold. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Air dry to preserve softness, shape, and grip integrity.
Tote bag: spot clean with mild soap and water. For deeper cleaning, gently hand wash and air dry. Machine washing may affect the shape or color.

Carrier tracking can show “Delivered” 24–48 hours before arrival. If it hasn’t arrived after that window, email us and we’ll help investigate. MAI is not responsible for packages after they are scanned as delivered.

Orders cannot be modified once placed. If you need to cancel, email us immediately — cancellations can only be processed before your order ships. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
